Instructions:
First: Click on the driver link below for the calibration files. Highlight everything and right click to get a menu. Click on download. Battery 4 vst plugin free download.
Second: There are 3 files that have a long number and an underscore (example _ ) and it will say _dark.flf, _dfm.dfm and _flat.flf. The number before the the underscore needs to match the serial number on your dexis platinum. The serial number can be found in three ways. You can look on the usb end of the sensor, if you bought it from our website you can find the serial number listed there or you can call the sales person you bought it from.
Once you have the serial number, rename the file to change the number before the underscore in all 3 of the files that say _dark.flf, _dfm.dfm and _flat.flf. For example if your serial number was 0123456789 then you would right click each of the 3 files one at a time and select properties and delete the number and type in your serial number. In our example, we would change the file names from 3164050283_dark.flf, 3164050283_dfm.dfm and 3164050283_flat.flf to 3164050283_dark.flf, 3164050283_dfm.dfm and 0123456789_flat.flf

It is very important not to delete the underscore or anything afterwards.
Third: After changing the names of the files to your serial number on the dexis platinum, double click the file DEXIS_Platinum_Sensor_Files.exe
This will install your calibration files.

Eva Sensor
Instructions:
First: Click on the driver link below for the calibration files and right click on the file to get a menu. Click on download.
Second: Unzip your file and look for a file called EVA and TWAIN installation guide. This will walk you through the installation process. The files for installtion are in the 32-bit folder and 64-bit

The serial number can be found in three ways. You can look on the end of the sensor that plugs into your dock, if you bought it from our website you can find the serial number listed there or you can call the sales person you bought it from.
Once you have the serial number, rename the file to change the number after the ST and before .COR. For example if your serial number was 1234567 then you would right click the file and select properties and delete the number and type in your serial number. In our example, we would change the file name from ST6021018.COR to ST1234567.COR.
It is very important not to delete the ST or .COR.
Third: After changing the name of the file to your serial number on the sensor, double click the file InstallCalib.exe
This will install your calibration files.

You can look on the end of the sensor that plugs into the usb, if you bought it from our website you can find the serial number listed there or you can call the sales person you bought it from.
Once you have the serial number, rename the file to change the number after the SN and before .cal. For example if your serial number was 123456 then you would right click the file and select properties and delete the number and type in your serial number. In our example, we would change the file name from SN512124.cal to SN123456.cal.
It is very important not to delete the SN or .cal.
Third: After changing the name of the file to your serial number on the sensor, double click the file SetupIntraOralUsb_32bit or SetupIntraOralUsb_64bit depending on if your operating system is 32 bit or 64 bit.
This will install your calibration files.
